Art Therapy
Using creative art materials an opportunity is provided to express what's on your mind through, painting, collage, drawing and a host of other mediums. If there is something you are working through at the moment this can be a relaxing way to explore alternatives and get in touch with feelings. An insightful discussion follows, often providing new perspectives and frames of reference, alternative points of view, thoughts are explored and ideas contemplated. Symbolic meanings of images are observed and noticed, as the art becomes a bridge to communication, and a foundation for inner exploration.
